Luxury retailer Harvey Nichols starts their journey towards a paper-lite reality with Karlson
London December 2017
Renowned luxury retailer Harvey Nichols have chosen print and document management experts Karlson to help them print less and do more.
Harvey Nichols and Karlson will work together in the upcoming months to create a bespoke solution that fits the document and print wants and needs of one of the UK’s busiest retailers.
Lee Smith, Head of Technology and Innovation at Harvey Nichols comments, “This has been an eye-opening process, we have really thought about our printer and digital document processes the way that we do now. Even though we are very early on in this journey with Karlson, we know the changes they’ll implement are going to have a great impact.”
Steve Todd, Director at Karlson adds, “Harvey Nichols are at the forefront of their sector so we’re very proud to have come out on top of their competitive tender process and be the chosen partners of such a discerning and celebrated retailer.”
