Celebrating another successful year at Karlson

With Christmas just around the corner and 2019 less than two weeks away, we’re taking a few minutes to look back at 2018 and what we’ve achieved with the help of our customers, partners and colleagues. It’s been another successful year for the Karlson team and we’re ready to challenge more markets with our disruptive and agonistic approach to managed print and document services.

Business Growth

Throughout 2018, we have invested heavily in the growth of our business. From our headquarters in London, we have been able to work with many new clients to bring a paper-lite reality into their workplace. As companies become more aware of the hidden costs in their print processes, we are here to lead them away from wasted resources and towards a more transparent way of working.

Retained and Strengthened our Resources

As an established supplier of print and document management services, we take pride in our industry relationships and have spent the year strengthening these with our key partners. We work with big names in the print industry including HP, Xerox, Canon and Brother among many more to bring our customers the best solutions for their needs. Maintaining these relationships throughout 2018 has enabled us to supply even more customers with better managed print services.

Won and Retained Significant New Customers

We’ve seen some big wins this year including a contract with Harvey Nichols among others. We’ve also expanded out into new industries, proving ourselves as a reputable supplier of print and document services. We have the expertise to work in any market from finance to retail, education to professional services offering our customers across all sectors the support they need.

Grown our Sales Agent Programme

As Karlson continues to grow and expand, we’ve spent time perfecting our sales agent programme in order to improve opportunities within the business. With a team of direct sales professionals and our Karlson Professional Management Service team (KPMS), we have been able to target bigger and better markets throughout 2018. We also offer you the ability to become your own boss with the support of Karlson, working as an area partner and honing in on your current selling skills.
