Our solution is to offer continued support in the form of AV service and maintenance agreements. These mean that end users continue to benefit from optimal performance of their AV systems, with minimal failures and downtime, thanks to a combined proactive and reactive approach, while also prolonging the life of the equipment.

Tailored maintenance and service agreements

We can tailor our service level agreements to suit client requirements in terms of response times and support offered, accessed via a telephone helpdesk or alternatively our online service management package which enables online fault logging and tracking.

Aura’s team of service engineers are the best in the business, and are based regionally to offer UK-wide cover; alternatively there is the option to engage an on-site technician, whether part time or full time, to take care of day-to-day set-up and support and act as first-line technical cover.

In addition, we offer enhanced and extended warranties on top of the standard manufacturer’s warranties that come with all the products that we supply. Our enhanced warranty support includes:

  • Advance replacement service, minimising downtime
  • Software and firmware updates
  • All parts and labour
  • Technical support from 8:30 – 17:30 Mon – Fri
  • Options for trade-in
  • No repair limits

Of course, where extended warranties or service contracts have not been taken out, we are still able to offer great-value and efficient pay-per-repair support thanks to our fully equipped service repair centre and expert team.
